Breast milk for eczema

My baby's eczema is getting worse and moisturizing and oatmeal baths don't seem to help. I have some frozen breast milk from October. Sadly no more ability to have fresh bm. Has anyone used it on their baby's eczema? How do you apply it? Do you still use lotion? Also posting on other boards. Thanks

I've heard this is a an alternative to medication. Might as well give it a shot. Rub some on there and see how it goes.

I use Aquaphor for my daughter's eczema. Works great.
