What pump speaks to our breasts the best?

I am debating between getting the Medela Breast pump through my insurance, or the Spectra S2 Hospital Strength Breast Pump. I was wondering what other moms are choosing, and why? Or reviews about ones that you have used previously and why you liked/didn't like them. Thanks everyone!

I'm getting the spectra. I had a medela last time and wasn't a big fan. I really wanted something like my Avent manual, and the spectra was suggested. There are comfort gel inserts for the flanges so I think it will be really comfortable and do a better job (I loved my manual because of that).
