Doctor browns bottles causing gas?

We have been using doctor browns bottles with the premie nipple because all the other bottles we have tried have just been to fast. Could the premie nipple be contributing to my LO reflux? He was put on prevacid last week after zantac was not working to see if he really does have reflux, but im trying to eliminate other possible contributing factors.

Yes! Our therapist or dr said that Nipple makes them suck harder which can cause more air intake.

Dr. Brown's bottles worked great for my first child but my second child threw up all the time after using them so I switched to Avent.
