SPD Moms

I know quite a few mom's here suffered through SPD. I have had it myself since week 18. I have yet to give birth, so my question to others who had SPD who HAVE given birth is 1) Did it affect labor at all and 2) When did it go away? I'm really looking forward to walking and rolling over in bed pain free.

    I had it pretty bad. It significantly improved immediately after giving birth. I just had mild pain getting in bed or rolling over in bed. The pain continued to improve. I am now 20 days pp and the pain has almost resolved, I have just occasional pain mostly when I get in or our of bed. Good luck! It certainly sucks.
