Insurance broker for short term disability or hospital indemnity insurance?

I am looking for an insurance broker to discuss short term disability or hospital indemnity insurance that can either be offered individually or through my employer, has any one ever done the same or have the name of a broker?

Not sure if you need this still but. We offer STD and hospital indemnity insurance to our employees through Colonial Life Insurance Co. as personal policies but with payroll deductions.
