Did I take my Estradol (estrace)? I dont' remember!

I just sent my nurse an email on what to do but I am so focused on not throwing up right now that I can't remember whether or not I took my medicine today!  I am thinking I might have but don't remember for sure and am not sure whether skipping it or taking it twice would be worse.  I am supposed to start weaning off of it (going from 4 mgs to 2 mgs per day on Friday). 

Anyone ever been in this situation?  Is this what "pregnancy brain" is?

I've been there before and I opted for taking an extra dose rather than risk missing one, but I would defer to whatever your nurse says.

Nurse emailed back and said missing a dose wasn't a huge deal and to just resume tomorrow.....Ugh
