Bloggers... help please

I was updating the title picture on my blog and now it is GIANT!  I can't seem to figure out how to make this picture a more reasonable size.  Any advice??  I really wanted to use this picture but I suppose I could always try and find a smaller one.

try to downsize the picture on paint

hit control + W and reduce the width of the picture (maybe try 40/40), save it to your comp and then load it to your blog....see if that works?

Thanks!  I had no idea you could do that.  Of course there's an error right now, but at least I know how to fix it.
