5. How did last week go? Fine, i've been behaving relatively well on the food front. Could use more walks, but have been really tired lately.
6. What is your plan for the upcoming week? Go on at least two long walks with the baby in the ergo, and cut down on the cookies...

More walking. More meals at home. Plus, I am getting our side room set up (we moved in July) and putting out the weights and the yoga mats. Should make working out at home easier.

I only gained 2 pounds so I was actually less when I first had him. But then I've gained 9 since then

Im thinking I'll be good if I lose 13 pounds.

I started back to work today so I will preplan my lunch and snacks and pack only those things. I really need this structure, I snacked too much at home!

It was bad. I snacked alot!!!!

To pack my lunch each day. To walk each evening and to bike ride each night before bed. I hope I can pull it off
