  • 1. How many weeks postpartum?  Weeks? 6 months!

    2. How many pounds do you want to lose to reach your pre-baby weight (most recent child)? 3 lbs to pre-baby

    3. How many pounds do you want to lose to reach your ideal weight? 6 lbs to ideal

    4. What is your overall plan? eat less move more

    5. How did last week go? Fine, i've been behaving relatively well on the food front. Could use more walks, but have been really tired lately.

    6. What is your plan for the upcoming week? Go on at least two long walks with the baby in the ergo, and cut down on the cookies...

QOTW - How do you make it  through the holidays and not sabotage your weight loss efforts?
This is a big weakness for me, I'm terrible at controlling myself around all the holiday food. So I'll be looking for tips here... I guess making sure I'm eating real food and that I dot show up hungry to any gatherings. Not purchasing sweets would probably help too.
  • 1. How many weeks postpartum?
    18 weeks.  Wow.

    2. How many pounds do you want to lose to reach your pre-baby weight (most recent child)?
    3 ... ugh.  Still three!
    3. How many pounds do you want to lose to reach your ideal weight?
43, really, but would be happy initially with 18 and then 15 more

    4. What is your overall plan?
Now that I'm back at work, I'll have more of a schedule.  Plus, it is cooler here in AZ so walking nightly at the park is easier to do.  Also more meals at home.

    5. How did last week go?
Not well, lol.  Fiance was traveling for work so I just grabbed whatever was available.  It's easier to eat healthy when we eat as a family.

    6. What is your plan for the upcoming week?
More walking.  More meals at home.  Plus, I am getting our side room set up (we moved in July) and putting out the weights and the yoga mats.  Should make working out at home easier.
QOTW - How do you make it  through the holidays and not sabotage your weight loss efforts?
I indulge when I want.  I find it I limit myself I wind up having an eating blow out.  So I eat what I want when I want ... I just make sure I am cognizant of it.

I only gained 2 pounds so I was actually less when I first had him. But then I've gained 9 since then :(

    3. How many pounds do you want to lose to reach your ideal weight?
Im thinking I'll be good if I lose 13 pounds.

    4. What is your overall plan?
I started back to work today so I will preplan my lunch and snacks and pack only those things. I really need this structure, I snacked too much at home!

    5. How did last week go?
It was bad. I snacked alot!!!!

    6. What is your plan for the upcoming week?
To pack my lunch each day. To walk each evening and to bike ride each night before bed. I hope I can pull it off :)

QOTW - How do you make it through the holidays and not sabotage your weight loss efforts?
