I started to chart my temp, however I am not sure when to start a new chart. Do I start a new chart when I start my period or when I finish my period that month?

Hey, there! ?Most people will suggest starting your chart when you get your period. ?However, starting after your period finishes will usually result in a readable chart as well.

BTW, if that's really your email address, you may want to get another screenname. ?
