I'd spell it Eleanora, it sounds like you're combining both Eleanor and Norah. Both are nice names but if you're going to combine them make it easy to spell. She's going to have to spell it out most times she gives her name anyway, might as well make it easy, 'Eleanor with an a at the end.' And I have only seen Paige spelled that way.

Love Eleanora Paige with the spelling changes. Love the way it sounds no mater how you spell it. Also like @baby'smom suggestions above ^ Eleanorah paired with Leonela feels like a mouthful to me, like it is to many "el" and "ah" sounds. Just doesn't flow well. But Leonela with Page is okay. Just not my style; I like the other names much better.

I also thought Eleanora Leonela was a mouthful but wanted second thoughts. I think I'm pretty persuaded on the taking away the "h"...kind of just looks likes its hanging on at the end. @baby'smom Those are good suggestions but I think I'm starting to lean towards a slightly longer first name. Thanks all!
I'm not sure why Nora Leah is coming to my mind here, but it is. Maybe because of how the names are spelled here. I do like the name Leonelah. And Eleanora. Very cute!
I didnt vote, because I don't like the spellings. If Eleanorah was spelled "Eleanora" I would have voted for Eleanora Page.
The "h" on the end makes it look weird. And although Page is legit (as far as I know), it reminds me of a page in a book, and most of the Paige's that I know have the "i".
So in the end, if there was a Eleanora Paige, that would have gotten my vote.

Yeah, without the 'H' is looking much better to me. I also do prefer Paige with the 'I', however it's a family name spelled without. Would it be pointless to use the family name with a different spelling, or not?...

I personally don't think so (I have joked that if any of my future progeny name one of their own after me, I will smack them if they spell it the way mine is, because it's wrong ), but that's really your own call to make.

I am considering using a family name with a tweaked spelling. My grandmother's name is Auberrie but we would go with Aubrey spelling.
Re: Girls name opinion?
Eleanor is nice
As is Paige, Page looks weird
Page does look weird, but that's how my family spells it.. I've thought about tweaking it but am unsure yet.
I don't care for Paige anyway it's spelled and leonela I feel doesn't work in English.
Also like @baby'smom suggestions above ^

Just kidding. Leonelah is a pretty name

I chose Eleanorah Page but HATE the spelling. I had to go back and see how it was actually written. Eleanora Paige is far better.
