What's a good area to raise a child?

I'm from Memphis, and while we have a lot of child-oriented things, I'd rather raise my baby somewhere safer and with better education.

Chattanooga. I'm biased, though, because I grew up there and remember what it was like when I was young… and know what an amazing place it is now!

There are more private schools per capita in the Chattanooga area than anywhere else in the world. That is a pretty crazy fact about the area. So LOTS of school choices!
