Had my NT scan this morning at almost 12 weeks. The tech took a gender guess and right there, BAM, on the screen was what appears to be boy parts. The OB came in next and said "I wouldn't announce it on Facebook but, yeah, that looks like a baby boy!" I'm shocked! We have a 2 year old little girl and I always assumed we would have another girl!

We had the harmony test to check for trisomy since we don't know what caused our miscarriage (that way if we had another loss, that was one test that was out of the way). We opted to find out the sex and when she told me we were having a boy, I had to have her repeat it. It was confirmed at our anatomy scan yesterday and I still cant believe it. We also have a DD and just assumed we would have girls because my DH only has sisters and I have four sisters and only one brother. Congrats on a healthy baby either way!!

Thanks ladies! I do fully understand it's an "educated guess" but there was no denying a nub between the legs that my DD never had on an ultrasound! It's still so shocking!
