We are having a girl! For the revealing of our baby's sex, I baked cupcakes and put pink in the middle. My ten year old son was excited when he bit his cupcakes because he said "he still gets to be my baby boy!" LOL
@sprocketsngadgets I felt the same way at first when we found out - now I'm elated planning everything. Still scary to think about those teenage years though...
Went in for an elective Ultrasound this morning at 17w3d. We are extremely happy to share It's A Boy!! It was 100% obvious too, he was showing off. When my husband seen it on the screen he gave a little fist pump because he was hoping for a boy. Not long after the tech caught a picture of the baby giving a fist pump! It was so cute, already copying daddy, lol. Just had to share.
Congrats everybody ! Everyone on here was finding out ... I feel like it's a boy, my husband has dreams about him and a son, and it's just what my visions are. My doctor wanted me to wait until 19 weeks (early December) and I was like noooo way ! Going in this Thursday for an elective 3D US ... Will be back to post if our visions and dreams are correct ! Worried I will be disappointed if it's a girl ... But I'm sure that will turn into excitement pretty quick ...
@cmjenkies you were 15.5 weeks when you found out? Tomorrow I have just a routine ultrasound checkup, and I will be 15.5. I want to ask the tech if they can take a peek for me My babe was difficult at the 12 screening tho. Was playing hide and seek with the tech who got very frustrated with him/her lol
@kalanieileen I had one around 15 and was offered to take a peek but LO wouldn't cooperate. Won't hurt to ask - hope your LO is more cooperative than mine!
@AmadorRose yes! I have a feeling I actually won't be able to find out tomorrow. And if the babe is uncooperative, I will look DH straight in the eye and say, "it's all your fault. The baby obviously has gotten your stubbornness already." Lol
Just found out after me & daddy swore it was a boy that we are having a little girl && she is growing beautifully and already full of energy is loves to keep her little legs crossed
A healthy baby boy! I was not expecting to find out the gender until my 20 week sonogram on Monday but apparently the Dr gave me an advanced generic text to make sure my baby is healthy and they surprised me to tell me the gender, me and my mom cried of joy! And Daddy is happy, he wanted a boy to be his first born. Already brought some cute baby clothes!
We find out a week after Thanksgiving. I'm getting so impatient seeing everyone else announce. Waiting to find out until the 20 week ultrasound is killing me. I'm about ready to pay for an ultrasound out of pocket so I can know what I can start buying for this kiddo. We already have a little boy, so we're hoping for a girl this time around.
We found out yesterday that we are having a GIRL! I was so sure this little one was a boy for some reason. This will be my first biological girl (we have 2 bio sons and 2 adopted girls). She's healthy, which is all I really care about.
Went to a private US tech at 16 weeks. They confirmed it was a girl because they did not see boy parts, however the 3lines were also absent. I'm debating whether or not to do a gender reveal until my 20week scan. How accurate is a 16week ultra sound? Has anyone experienced an early scan to be wrong? Either way I'm excited for a healthy baby. Being this is my first.
Re: Tell us your baby's SEX here!
My babe was difficult at the 12 screening tho. Was playing hide and seek with the tech who got very frustrated with him/her lol
ETA: congratulations
I'm an asshole...won't be posting here again until Thanksgiving, I promise!
