"Rusty Pipes" ?? Normal?

I am currently 37 weeks pregnant. I am getting pretty close to labor and I am planning on BF exclusively. I've been producing colostrum since very early, probably 24 weeks or so. Tonight I noticed that when I went to clean my nipples one of them expressed some colostrum, but there was blood in it. Has anyone had this happen? I plan on talking to my doctor on Tuesday, but I'm wondering if I need to be concerned or if it will stop.
