Do any of you ladies have any remedies for morning sickness? I am only 5 1/2 weeks but I am soo excited and trying to stay positive but this morning sickness is a rough one.
Eating saltines between meals was the only thing that helped me. You can also try drinks with ginger, like ginger ale or ginger beer (Reed's is a great brand with TONS of ginger in it). I imagine you could take a ginger supplement if your body responds well to ginger, but don't quote me on that.
I eat. A lot. Mine has subsided a lot, but in the beginning, I basically had to have food with me all the time. I liked kettle corn because it is sweet and salty and not horrible for you. Or apple slices.
Now I eat just normal meals at normal times but still keep snacks on hand. I also cannot go to bed without a full stomach or else it gets ugly the next morning.
