i am 25 weeks and I randomly get this burning sensation in my right nipple, where I can't even have a bra touching it, my left one I noticed a tiny bit of it looked a little wet but nothing major. there is hard crustys sticking to them that i keep picking off.
is this the signs of lactation? or the start or somthing there?

Probably so.. hormones and increased everything going into them. I'm experiencing the same thing

Probably just lactation, but it could also be that your nipples are chafing. Pregnancy makes your skin super sensitive, and especially your breasts with all of the growing and changing they're experiencing. Mention it to your doc, they should be able to tell if it's something on your skin or just normal pregnancy developments. But I would bet nothing to worry about!

I just started having a burning sensation tonight. Hurts like crazy, but haven't had anything else breast related happening. I'm 25 weeks on Wednesday.
