Rash on forehead and side of face /:

recently my LO has been getting rashes on his forehead and side of his face. They look similar to eczema but I'm not sure. Have been to the doctor twice and was told to use coconut oil and calendula lotion. I've done both and the rash is a little worse. He itches it at night which makes little scratch marks. I file his nails but I still feel horrible for him. Any ideas as to what it could be? He is also ebf.
(This is a photo from when I thought it was drying up) Oh! And we also believe he is teething. Lots of fussing and pulling at his face along with drool and sucking on his thumb.

I'm not a doctor so I don't know how reliable this is (and a second opinion might be best for you) but try E45 cream.

 I would try a different eczema lotion or perhaps ask the Pedi again about a prescription.

My LO had the same thing I used the Aveno eczema lotion and it worked really well, his rash cleared right up!
