QQ - pain meds? And sympathy welcomed ;)

So, my hard-headed toddler just head butted me in the jaw. HURTS SO BAD. so bad. I'm sitting here with ice on it with no relief.....wondering if its broken. Ok, yes, I'm a little bit of a hypochondriac.  I can't remember from my first pregnancy.....what pain relievers can we take during the first-tri? 
Me: 32 DH: 35
Married 12/7/07
DD: Born 1/2/14 
Baby #2 EDD 5/6/16
