Recently Miscarried - First Period

On July 22, 2015 my husband and I found out we were expecting our first child! It only took us a month and a half to conceive after stopping birth control so we assumed everything would be smooth sailing. On August 9th, I miscarried at 7 weeks gestation. I did so naturally, it was heartbreaking. My husband and I started trying to conceive for the second time right away but AF came 3 days ago. My husband is deploying in a few weeks so this is our last chance to conceive before he leaves. Since we conceived so quickly after stopping BC would it help our chances of conceiving again after a miscarriage? All the prayers and support will be greatly appreciated!

I miscarried a month before you and waited for my first AF. As soon as my period finished I started testing my urine with OPKs. I got pregnant and am now 5 weeks with baba number 2. I would let your AF run its course (it might be a little longer / shorter / heavier than normal) and then have lots of sex when you've stopped bleeding.

Thank you!!! I'm waiting for AF to finish, hopefully tomorrow! I have lots of OPKs so I pray to God we can conceive again before he leaves!

Praying for you as well

This was my second loss but I had a healthy pregnancy between my first pregnancy and this one. With my first pregnancy it was a blighted ovum. I had a d and c and got pregnant with my now 2 year old son a month after the d and c. This last pregnancy ended up a missed miscarriage. I had a d and c three weeks ago and now waiting around for AF. Best of luck to you! The waiting just sucks big time!

Doesnt it! This may be the one and only time im actually looking for AF. I swear any other time I feel like she shows up at all the wrong times.
