Anyone got any ideas how to combat a cold

Im currently 13 weeks pregnant and battling a bad cold. I got very stuffy nose, sore throat and load of headaches. Anyone got any suggestions on ways to beat this cold without harmful medication >-)

Me too ! Summer colds are the worst .. Thanks a lot August ...

I do It Works, so I always battle colds with their greens. Knocks it out super quick. Also, lots of orange juice and water!

YES! Very glad things have changed over the past 5 years of pregnancies.  It's gone from you can't take anything to glorious relief!!!

I just got over a cold last week when I was about 12 weeks. My OB said I could take robitussin and tylonol and allergy meds (only certain ones though and I forget which ones ) and taking those three every four hours for 4 days basically wiped the cold out. It was such a relief!
