I'm 19 weeks, just did a loud sneeze and felt baby jump really hard awwww. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes lol I sneeze really loud all the time I can't help it. And baby kicks really hard guess I startle him when I sneeze. It's the cutest thing ever!

Sneezing makes me feel like a rubberband has been snapped in my pelvis. I've found that if I pull my knees in that helps the RLP.

Sneezing is really painful - 24 weeks with twin girls - causes RLP and scares the babies. Then they don't calm down for 20 min.

The baby doesn't really respond to my sneezes, but my sternum and around my ribs hurt so every sneeze is like a punch in the chest. I used to get a stabbing in my groin (the ligaments) when I sneezed but now I just wet myself instead. Good times.
