Thank you @2mommiesforbaby that makes me feel better. The bleeding stopped and it wasn't very much. The bright red color is what freaked me out. My doctor also said it is a sub chorionic bleed that should resolve on its own. It's still scary every time I wipe.
@Joyzie77 good luck today!!! I agree about the Valium. Enjoy being a couch potato and think sticky thoughts. And don't worry about no symptoms- I had zero symptoms.
@Joyzie77 congrats!! So excited for you! Must think up things to keep you busy during the 2ww. If only there was a holiday or something that would break it up... thinking so many sticky thoughts for you lady!!!
Also, I'm sure this is common, but do you ladies have fairly constant pain in your uterus-area? It wakes me up several times at night and sometimes it just comes out of the blue. Other times when I twist/turn quickly. Similar to what I think is round ligament pain but definitely where the babies are located. Probably a combo of their movement and growing pains. These pains are quick, sharp, and frequent. Normal, yes?!
I know this has cone up before. What did you guys do about exercising after your transfer during the 2ww? I do personal training 2 times a week. Nothing too intense because I'm getting back into my workouts again. Did you guys stop? I will call my clinic today too and ask since I didn't.
I was pretty mellow for the first few days then did light work outs and lots of walking. I think the main thing is to listen to your body and not over exert yourself (same goes for after you get your BFP). As long as you don't have medical reasons not to (for example I know @HBamama2Bhad large ovaries for a while so had to be more gentle), you should be able to resume your normal routine. Especially with a FET you should be pretty good to go. My doc put me on no restrictions so I do barre workouts most nights and get in lots of walking.
@Joyzie77 I think my RE was more conservative when it came to post fet exercise. He didn't want me to exceed the equivalent of 30 minutes on a treadmill at a 4.0 pace, with water, in a temperature controlled environment. I did a fair amount of lap swimming.

@Joyzie77 I'm still a little under the weather with the cold but otherwise well. Thank you for asking! No more nausea but struggling to eat Bc I feel so full. Getting there. as Mclorn said, I was exercise restricted until week 9.
@mclorn I've had a lot of discomfort, and definitely trouble sleeping, but no pain. Maybe it's a twin thing? I'd call your OB and ask just to be sure.
@HBamama2B .... Hope you are feeling better soon. The RE said to "take it easy" for the next few weeks whatever that meant. I've been doing personal training at the gym for an hour at a time 2x a week. It's nothing too strenuous but now I'm nervous. Maybe I will postpone the one that is next week.
@mclorn. I get lots of cramping as well, nothing too painful, just feels like light AF cramps. And definitely is coming from my uterus. I can imagine w two in there it would be a bit more painful. I was freaked out a bit the other day because my cramps lasted a couple of hours, but they eventually went away and I never had any bleeding. Everything I've read is that cramping is completely normal and if something bad is happening, you'll be in excruciating pain and want to go to an ER. Still, its impossible not to worry every time you feel something uncomfortable in there. I just cant wait until I can feel kicking and have reassurance that baby is doing alright.
Also, any of you showing yet? I'm starting to get a little belly. I'd blame it on the lack of exercise and holiday food, but you can feel underneath my layer of flab that there's a hard little belly. I guess I was surprised to be showing so early since I am not a slender gal, but I guess it really just depends on how your uterus sets and your torso dimensions. I'm pretty sure between that and me turning down free wine at our holiday party that my coworkers probably have figured out that I'm preggars.

Well, I got the call and my beta was negative. I am officially out for this round. I'm at work, so trying to hold it together. For as much as I knew it, I can't seem to shake the immense sadness right now. I scheduled a tentative baseline appt for next week and meet with my RE next week. My nurse wants to get me going again right away, so looks like IVF stimming will start in mid Jan. I'm hopeful this next round will be the one.
The sort of positive news is that my progesterone and estrogen were near perfect levels to maintain a pregnancy, so if I could only get there, the nurse thinks it will stick.

08/2015 ~ Med Protocol #2: Started stims 09/13
ER 10/9 with 6 Eggs Retrieved/3 SNOWFLAKES!!
10/22/15 ~ AF Showed up, waiting for Fibroid removal.
10/28/15 ~ Saline Ultrasound - Fibroids were gone. FET scheduled for December 3rd!
