So I went to the doctor today for bloodwork and an ultrasound and they told me that my lining isn't quite thick enough for the transfer. The nurse sent me a message saying they want me to go in tomorrow again for another ultrasound and bloodwork. She said they wanted to make sure I was taking the meds correctly? I told them I was taking 10 of Lupron, 3 estrace pills a day, the patches every 3 days and aspirin. Not sure how I could be doing it wrong? Now I'm co concerned it will get postponed. Hopefully not cancelled.
I had that issues as well which is why they pushed me til the 8th. I did an additional estrace vaginally and drank bone broth and raspberry leaf tea to try and get it to thicken it. It was 7.5mm when I went in last Wednesday so I'm really hoping that I'm where I need to be tomorrow. That is the only thing I'm really nervous about.

@joyzie77 I would definitely ask about the estrace vaginally. My RE only does it that way. He said it is much for efficient that taking it orally. Fx for you!!

Hi all! @Colleen0516 how are you doing? I've been thinking about you too, thanks for asking. I was waiting for the results of my materni-T21 test for chromosomal abnormalities (we did not do PGS testing). The results came in this afternoon (after I called and honeybadgered them) and everything is normal across the board!!! We are having a little boy and he is healthy! Ive been so hesitant to accept the reality of the pregnancy, waiting for the other shoe to drop and this just knocked me to my knees to hear such a good outcome. I'm hoping I will lean back and relax now while my little guy grows. He's a fighter for sure. I call him our Nemo since he started out on his own.

@caitiemae.... It was good. Averaged a 7.5 for my lining. They increased my medications and I go back on Thursday for another ultrasound and bloodwork. Fingers crossed that it's still going to be Monday. Good news is that I don't have to do PIO yet.

My genetic screening on both babies came back as low-risk as possible too, so PHEW! Both measured 13w2d with heart rates of 150 at my appointment last night! No gender tests at this point. My doctor is not doing another ultrasound for EIGHT WEEKS! Is that crazy?! I have another office visit in 4 weeks but no u/s....Meh. I totally randomly saw and walked into this boutique-y ultrasound photography place that does gender u/s starting at 15 weeks....... so I made an appointment for Christmas Eve! Why not, right?! Only $39 so not a big loss either way.
@mclorn Thats what we did. They do it at 13 weeks where I went. Totally worth it! They say boy and I believe them. I dont get me anatomy sono till 20 weeks (5 left).

Hooray for all the FET-ers! Stay sane out there and don't Google anything. Hold out on POAS as long as you can and eat your pineapple (not saying it worked for me for sure, but it didn't hurt).
Just got out of my week 14 ultrasound! Both baby girls are doing well and are where they're supposed to be. One of the pictures of baby 2's face looks very Sith lord, though.
Any other twin moms seeing a perinatologist? Today was my first appt. He runs behind almost as bad as my RE did.

@ShayLatrice best nap buddy ever. That looks like an expert level snuggle. My dog snuggles into my neck and shoulder, but she's a dog so yeah. No offense to my boo, but it's just a way bigger deal when a cat says, 'I choose you, human.' So glad our DH is being amazing too! Sounds like your surrounded by those who love you!

@Isabelfuentes2015 5w6d is early for a heart beat.... I went in at 6w and although they did get a heart rate reading, the doc said he didn't expect to actually see one so early. So chin up! When do you go back?
@khochanadel my OB is just sooooo laid back... which is great, but coming from the IF world it's very noticeable. She hasn't suggested a perinatologist. Each time I go in, I ask what I should do until I see her again. At this point, she just says nothing. So, okay then!
They did notice a slight bleed in my uterus(?). Said it was normal. I haven't had any spotting or anything so I guess I'll just try not to google and analyze it!
@HBamama2B it is really a big deal with her because she is NOT a cuddler. She seldom wants me to touch her...lol. It's like she has a 5 min limit on snuggling normally so I was super shocked. Even after I woke up she stayed sleep through Kung Fu Panda 1 & 2. I had to check and make sure she hadn't gone on to pet Heaven.

I'm feeling so happy and overwhelmed. My bump app keep erasing my words so I'm trying to remember what I was saying. I guess I'm just thinking sticky thoughts. I wore my Alabama shirt because that is where I was born. I also wore a ring my hubby bought me 2 years ago on mother'sday right before my official IF diagnosis. Just wanted to have good JuJu with me all day.

@halips gah! That's so exciting! So happy for the ladies in our group finally getting their FETs! Feels like such a special time! &thanks! It was so funny. He was taking a solid nap and the tech got frustrated that he wouldn't move even though she was pounding on my stomach with the wand. He finally got peeved and turned, but the wrong way and mooned the tech. She huffed out loud and I asked: "is he pissing you off? Definitely my kid." Hehehe.

Just got out of my week 14 ultrasound! Both baby girls are doing well and are where they're supposed to be. One of the pictures of baby 2's face looks very Sith lord, though.
