Maternity leave pay...

I have been on maternity leave for 10 weeks now.. Was just wondering when does the pay come in.... My boss did send in my DB 450 form. Or do any of you mommy's know who I can contact for some info on it.

It depends on your employer. Contact HR. I got a lump sum of short term disability for the whole 6 weeks covered one week after I had the baby. Then I used PTO for the next 6 weeks and got paid as I normally would on my regular pay day.

Same as pp. Depends in your job, and where you live. Not all states have the same laws regardng pay.

Is it through the state, or a private disability company or your job? The answer to that would be who you should call to find out. I already received a check from my private disability insurance company for the 6 weeks. I'm taking 12 weeks, so the other 6 I'm being paid from my job from my personal and sick time. I get paychecks every two weeks as normal (until my time runs out). I live in PA, we don't get state paid disability.
