Extended BF - prolactin level

Anyone else have prolactin levels taken during extended BF? I'm simply curious. My prolactin level with DD at 17-mo was 9 ng/ml. With DS at 20-mo it's 8 ng/ml. I know level varies throughout the day, but I found it amusing that's in the non-BFing zone (< 25 ng/ml). Heck, my prolactin levels were higher during my IF/RPL: 15-24 ng/ml (latter after an ectopic pg). Kelly Mom doesn't go past 6 mos pp (50 ng/ml), although it notes a study that prolactin levels are "elevated for as long as the mother breastfeeds, even if she breastfeeds for years". I wouldn't call 8 very elevated. I know there's milk, still get mild letdowns, but I suppose not much. Perhaps DD and DS were/are mostly suckling rather than feeding.
