Baby too little for swim diapers

my little peanut is just now 11 pounds and tall with thin legs. The small reusable swim diaper isn't snug enough and the disposables are way too big. I want to take her to our community pool. Advice appreciated!! Thanks!

I used the pampers little swimmers size 2-3(smallest I could find) and I was able to get it tight enough due to the way they are made. My little was only 11 pounds when I started using them.

I've never taken him to a public pool, but in the polls we have swam in, I just put him in with a suit and no diaper

I've just used regular diapers. In my past experience, little swimmers leak way more than a good fitting diaper.

I bought Alva brand swim diapers on Amazon. From company also make cloth i think. They have rows of snaps to adjust the waist.
