Well, i am excited to say I have some of my libedo back today. I feel bad for the hubs, but for the last 10 weeks, its been "don't touch me, I hurt/have a head ache, am nauseous, etc)
jordans_wife ftp, and I also have to pee every 2 hours at 11 weeks. I can't imagine it getting WORSE than now. I also don't feel rested in the morning because of these short stretches. I guess its preparing me for a new born, but would be greatful to NOT have this lesson taught so early in pregnancy.
With my first pregnancy that was seriously my life. Up every two hours to pee from week 7-39. What was worse was my insomnia would keep me awake for awhile after those bathroom trips.. I figured hey, I'll be prepared for a baby.I was wrong, the baby is much more needy in the middle of the night it seemed. This pregnancy its just the insomnia that is getting to me, I wake up once or twice to pee and then I fall asleep pretty quickly.
Does anyone else have an issue eating foods that they've prepared? I've noticed it a lot recently when I've cooked my family dinner that requires me to prep meat...I can cook it, but then I cannot eat it. For lunch I made my DD and I a sandwich and fruit, I couldn't handle the sandwich. =/
I have this same problem! I can't bring myself to eat anything I cook. My husband thinks I am being lazy and not cooking when I ask him to pick up dinner on his way home from work. I make family dinner every Sunday and I just sit and stare at my plate. I can't seem to eat any leftovers either and I hate being wasteful. All I seem to want is fast food and take out which is getting expensive.
I think this is the right place to post this, and I haven't seen it posted anywhere else (though I could have missed it - if I did, sorry). Has anyone else taken fioricet for severe migraines while pregnant? My OB prescribed it, but I'm a FTM and just so nervous about everything. I've avoided it until today, but I had a splitting migraine all day and took two (four hours apart according to the prescription instructions). What have your experiences been taking this medication during pregnancy?

This! Except, really just cooking anything. The only way I've found around it was cooking in the slow cooker.

I am a ftm too and was also prescribed Fioricet. It's made me nervous because of the ingredients but I still rarely take it if nothing else works. It only helps me sometimes. I've read a few studies that say that daily Tylenol use is possibly associated with developmental delays so even though I have daily headaches I pick and choose carefully when I want to use it. When it does work it is nice to have some temporary relief.
I' I'm getting a little concerned about weight gain. I am 12+2 and I have lost a couple of pounds. I was nauseous early on but I have only vomited once and I had a normal BMI before conceiving. I feel like I've been eating more than before too. I have been craving cheese burgers constantly! I go in for my next appointment on the 10th so I am going to talk to my doctor about it then. I have a noticeable little bump now and I feel larger so I am confused!
I'm in the same boat; still under pre pregnancy weight, but I feel thick in the middle. I eat all day long and eating too much too fast makes me nauseous so it's all snacking. I also started out in the healthy bmi range. Reading some posts though, some ladies are losing 10 or 15 lbs in 1st tri. I'm not too concerned that I'm 13+2 and still down a pound. We'll catch up soon enough
Ok 13 weeks tomorrow and I just reached symptom trifecta status. . . Was hangry. . .sat down with a snack, read a post on FB and cried over the death of a dog I don't know, blew my nose and started a nosebleed! Cool right?

My OB refuses to give me any take home medication even though I get migraines every other day now. They make me go to the ER and they give me reglan and a Benadryl mix (probably spelled that wrong) you can even take Norco is small doses as long as it's spaced out, my ex's mother (yes we are still good friends) did it with all of her kids and I even asked a nurse my husband works with. A lot of medication is red flagged because it COULD cause damage but you'd be surprised how little damage most medications do. It's just pharmaceutical companies covering their butts. I wouldn't stress out to much. I'm a FTM too, so I know we have a lot of other things to worry about!

Absolutely, I've been cooking great meals for the last week after starting to feel somewhat normal, but by the time the meal is done cooking and everyone sits down to eat, I no longer have an appetite!!

So very tired!!! Can't fall asleep easily and even then I wake at least every two hours because I'm uncomfortable yet again! Feeling pressure too, all the time. At least some of my nausea has calmed down, now to stop losing weight!! Oh and the pregnancy brain has to stop... So far I have misplaced a brand new bottle of 409, lost two (yes TWO) phone chargers, and got upset with my husband for eating the last bagel, that was right on the shelf in front of my face, next to the bread I ended up eating instead, etc...
Ditto on the RLP. Mostly it happens when my allergies act up and I sneeze really hard. I'll feel a really sharp painful pulling in my lower abdomen. Haven't had a lick of nausea this whole pregnancy but man I am TIRED, and working nights does not help! I am also breaking out like a teenager which is really getting me down. The acne plus the tiredness and lack of motivation to put any effort into my appearance really has my self confidence down.
Almost 14 weeks with second baby and I'm starting to feel little flutters!:)
Craving everything we don't have and I am still on my cooking strike. I just don't have an appetite and I hate the smell of everything I cook.
Still loosing weight, just entered second Trimester though so not to worried. I think it's just because I am eating snacks and don't eat big meals anymore.
Everything is starting to smooth out and hopefully I can get into my mom/housewife groove again soon! happy week ladies!
