Sunlife insurance breast pump coverage

Hi ladies

My husband works for the Feds and has Sunlife insurance - which covers a breast pump if you A) have your baby <37 weeks, or have a medical condition preventing you and baby from breast feeding normally.

I've heard of so many other people on Sunlife that have not had these conditions and had their pumps covered no issue...has anyone tried with a federal Sunlife insurance to claim a breast pump?
I have a prescription from my OB for one, but I'm not sure if it's enough for them....and don't want to buy one and then get declined!!

Have you called your insurance co? We did that first, they're the ones who told us to get a rx and have us a few numbers of medical supply companies to call and order it from.
