This was one of my first signs something was up when I was pregnant with my daughter- along with neverending vertigo! I believe it has something to do with the increased blood supply. No palpitations this time, but I definitely dealt with the vertigo in the early weeks. You can bring it up at your appointment.. By the time I had my first appt with DD (around 10wks) these symtpoms had sudsided for me, I would definitely bring it up if it becomes a persistent issue.
