Can BH be felt In your lady parts or backside?

Hello all I'm 37 weeks and although this is baby #3 my other pregnancies I was induced and the other was a C-Section around this time so I'm not too sure if these contractions are BH or "Real" ones. Here lately they start from the middle of my stomach and push down and I feel the pressure down there is this happening to anyone?

We can't really tell you for sure if you're having real contractions or BH, but I can tell you that when I have BH, I can feel them from the top of my stomach all the way down into my pelvis. (I'm 35.5 weeks.) They mostly feel like a tightening in my stomach, but not really painful. Contractions with my DS we're easy to distinguish from BH because they were definitely painful to me, and felt different than any contraction I had previously felt.

I definitely suggest calling your doctor or nurse line (or whatever number they gave you for overnight) if you think you might be in labor.

I dont think I'm in "active" labor but recently in the last couple of days the contractions seem to go to my lady parts but they aren't consistent .So I didn't know if this is typical at this stage @mommysar

My bh feel like my belly just tightening. What I feel are "real" contractions either start in my back and move up front or start in my pelvis like cramps and move up my belly. When I went into preterm labor at 26 weeks they felt like cramps and they were definitely not bh. My first was all in my back and I don't ferment any bh...this time is totally different. The pressure or pain down there is probably baby pushing down. You should time both types and if it's a pattern better to be sage than sorry.

BH contractions tend to not be consistent, and happen randomly. The real thing is usually pretty consistent. Also, I notice more pressure down there with BH if I am standing up or walking, not so much while sitting.
