Need suggestions. Middle name is set with Jonathan. Last name rhymes with pool. Current. First name contenders are Carson; Miles; Theodore. What names work well with Jonathan? Thanks ladies.

Definitely Miles! I love Theodore, but Theodore Jonathan is quite a mouthful. Carson falls into the trendy random surnames as first names trend. Love the way Miles Jonathan sounds!

I think you can't go wrong with Miles or Theodore. It will be a pain to fit Theodore Jonathan on all legal forms though.

Thanks ladies. Great suggestions. I also love Miles best but am getting a lot of family pressure to use Carson. I don't hate it but I don't love it like Miles. Carson is a family name. Jonathan is after my brother who passed two years ago. We also have contemplated Caleb, Lucas, and Gabriel but I just really love how mild and gentle Miles sounds. Just seems like a name of a nice little boy you know? Thanks again for all your help.

I would go with Miles.......rule #1. Don't discuss names with "family" .......it is hard enough to concider the opinion of 2 people (you and DH). Why would you want to complicate it with more opinions? From now on just tell family, " we've heard everyone's opinion, and from here on out, the name will be as suprise to you when the baby is born"

I think miles sounds the best with Jonathan but I like Theodore the most.
