Jane is a lovely and underused first name. Would love to hear the mn when you decide on the fn!

"It's when you know you're licked before you begin, but you begin anyway and see it through no matter what. You rarely win, but sometimes you do." -Atticus Finch, To Kill A Mockingbird
Not knowing the middle name you are going to use, I would have to say Jane. But that is only because I love the nn Lucy, but I don't like Lucy as a full name....
Oh man these are BOTH two of my favourite names. (My spirit animal, you!)
Ugh... ok i'll give you the reasons I like both.
Lucy I've never met a lucy i didn't like. It means "Light" which is fantastic. Lucys tend, in my experience, to be extroverts, funny, friendly and quirky. And one of the Lucys i know is an older lady and it suits her wonderfully.
Jane.. oh Jane. Classic, beautiful Jane. All the janes i've ever known have either been very dignified and elegant or very unique and punky. Either way, great associations.
So the people with those names are the reasons i love those names so much.
