Question... regarding ovulation after D&C

I had a D&C July 2nd after being almost 8 weeks pregnant.

It's now almost 3 weeks later and I feel what feels like ovulation pain.  is it possible I am ovulating already?
My HCG isn't at 0 yet.

Mom of one adorable little boy and excited to do this again.

    With my first D&C (it was a blighted ovum but I was 8 weeks since my LMP) my period came in about 5 and half weeks - so assuming a normal luteal phase that time I would have ovulated about 3 and half weeks after my D&C. So it could be - but I was told I wouldn't ovulate until after my hcg was under 5.
