Dr. Szilvia Nagy- NYP lower Manhattan

I'm a ftm (5wks 3d). Just booked my first appointment with Dr. Nagy. Was wondering if anyone has a recent experience with her? I've read great reviews but don't know much about NYP- lower Manhattan. Any insight would be great.

Hi there !! Funny you ask - I also saw dr Nagy for my preconception visit. She was awesome and I really liked her. The ONLY reason I'm not seeing her throughout my pregnancy is because I'm too anxious and I was worried about lower Manhattan hospital NICU II instead of III. SO, I'm switching to spring obgyn who are affiliated with NYU langone. I haven't told her yet because my first appointment is next Monday , but unless I hate spring obgyn (which I know so many women who go here so I'm sure it's fine) I will be changing. Unless you're high risk, NICU II will fine, I'm just a worry worm. Let me know what you decide !

I'm 20 weeks and have been seeing dr Nagy the whole time. She's been great. Very responsive to my questions in between appointments and even schedueld my appointments closer together when I got anxious in between. She's very laid back and I find her demeanor to be very calming as a first time mom here.
