I have 1300 mg of gel capsules how much am I taking orally a day ? And how much vaginally ?

I think you ask your doctor or a pharmacist/herbalist. I wouldn't rely on a bunch of strangers opinions on something like this. Good luck

I believe it's "evening primrose oil" - be sure you're taking the right thing

My doctor actually said no more than 2000 mg a day.... She doesn't see the harm but warns people in case they choose to use it. She said she'd prefer it over castor oil but there is no evidence it even works for sure
