Cramping and low back pain

So I am FTM and 37 weeks 6 days and for the past 2 weeks I have been 2 cm dilated and 75% effaced and baby is head down and ready apparently. I have been losing my mucous plug slowly too like every other day I notice a blob the size of a quarter (gross I know!) but now at work tonight (I am a nurse and work 12 hour night shifts) I have had constant period like cramping and very low back pain. Anyone else? Hopefully it won't be too much longer now, just ready to hold my little princess.

I usually get those pains after a cervical check. Today I had them as well bc I definitely overdid it at my baby shower. I'm not dilated at all but am 90% effaced, baby is head down and super low.

I have the cramping and low back pain fairly regularly now. I have no idea what amount I'm dilated and effaced because I don't get cervical checks.

I am also having this at almost 36 weeks. I don't know if I'm dialated though. If they're coming regularly and you can time then, then you may want to contact your doctor. Also, of course your water breaking will be a sign. Good luck!
