Pregprep? Anybody? Ttc baby #2

Anybody tried pregprep? We are TTC baby #2 and its harder than I thought .. Other friends who had babies after me already have 2 (some even 3!!) ... I heard about pregprep but after looking into the ingredients i noticed it works for who has pcos .. Which i dont seem to have, I am the amazing unexplained ... Which is annoying as i do t know what to fix .... Have been trying for about 8 months ...and getting discouraged... I know i have to let it go ... But i got agajn to that desperation high point ... In a few month will turn into resignation ... And maybe only then I will let it go and be able to relax, maybe? Figuring its not going to happen and appreciate the LO i was lucky enough to have.

I wouldn't take anything that isn't RX by an RE.  I don't want to risk screwing up something with unproven medication.  Have you only been trying for 8 months?  Or just 8 months with an RE?  How old are you?

No RE went to RE first time, he removed fibroid and said nothing else was wrong. After surgery got preg after 5 months. I really have no patience for a RE again, went through enough painful tests first time, i cant look at a doctor anymore, got tired so tired of them. And i hate taking meds, i hate drugs. Supplements are a diff story. I would be more scared about drugs messing up something ... More than supplements.

8 months is not a long to be trying.  It can take a healthy couple up to year to get pregnant.  Are you at least temping/charting?

Opk ... I seem to be ovulating each month. Tried to temp but cant remember each morning so end up missing days .... I am keeping track with fertilityfriend ...

I'd like to second that it's never a good idea to take anything that you haven't talked to your doctor about first. And also that eight months is not very long (unless you are older than 35). 

But I will keep it real with you. If you have no patience for doctors any more, there's not much this board can do for you. If you do end up having an IF issue, you'll need a doctor who can assist that. Not a supplement pack and an essential oil.

OPKs don't prove you ovulated.  You can have multiple surges in one cycle.  They just show an LH surge.  Come on over to TTGP board and you can see why temping is so important.  It's the only way to prove you are ovulating (at home).  Most ladies set their alarm for a ridiculous early time in order to get consistent temps.  Rubber-band your thermometer to your cellphone or alarm clock so when you turn off the alarm, it reminds you to temp.
