My insurance company offers several pumps, but I am struggling to find helpful reviews.
-Hygeia Q Breast pump -Spectra 9 Plus Advanced Breast Pump -Medela Pump in Style Advanced Breast Pump- Starter set Ameda Purely Yours Ultra Personal Double Electric Breast Pump -Melodi Prime -Lanisoh Signature Pro Breast Pump -Rumble Tuff Double Electric Breast Pump -Nuk Expressive Double Electric Pump
I have been reading lots of reviews but am struggling to find any that are helpful!
I only have experience with the Medela PISA and really got plenty of use out of that-12 months of almost EP. That was back in 2011-2012 so I'm not sure what the pump market is like now. Good luck!
I've used the PISA and Symphony and find the Symphony more comfortable.
I've also just received a Spectra S1 -- it's sitting on my dining table in a box, i.e. I haven't used it but the reviews are incredibly positive. Will try to update once I try it (probably not until tomorrow) but check out Amazon reviews in the meantime.
I tried the UHC Ameda and it worked great at first, but then not so well (lost strength?). I didn't try to fix it, instead I went back to my old trusty Medela.

To follow up, I have now tried the S1 and absolutely love it! I get more milk in less time, the pump itself is cuter, and I was able to pump in the car yesterday... I'm also using all my Medela parts with it (no hacks required, it just becomes an open system when you connect the Medela tubing).
