Also a great sauce for salmon: 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard Put it in a saucepan and reduce until thick!
Monday: Beer Can Chicken on the BBQ with Kale Soofoo salad. Tuesday: Flank Steak with broccoli and salad. Wednesday: Tequila Shrimp Tacos with Lime Mango Slaw. Thursday:Steak Salad Murphy (w/leftover flank. Recipe on Epicurious, I add tons of veggies-jicama, tomato, black beans, red pepper, snap peas).
Monday- Grilled bbq chicken and veggies Tuesday- Fried Backstrap, broccoli, and mash potatoes Wednesday- Philly cheese steak and zucchini Thursday- left overs Friday- Spaghetti Saturday and Sunday are DH's days to cook.

@breezymeema7 We do a lot of salmon. One good (easy) sauce is to mix plum jelly, bbq sauce and lime juice! Or, if you have a Costco close, they have an awesome pesto. We use it on salmon, or spaghetti squash with chicken. It can seriously go on anything.
Kudos to all you ladies who consistently plan meals, and even more so for consistently cooking!!
