Emotionally perhaps, but the actual injections physically you should be okay doing yourself, provided they are subcutaneous... The more you can do to feel connected to your DH during the process, the more supported you will likely feel. If you can Skype or talk to him or even just e-mail him with your updates, it may help you feel like you guys are in this together? Just a thought... We have only done 1 round of injectables thus far and I gave myself my own shots. I actually felt more in control that way and would prefer to continue that way next time. I just think it will be hard emotionally given you won't have him there for daily support like when you are moody thanks to all the hormones. Definitely encourage you to have a Plan B support system in place to help see you through. Best wishes! Hopefully it will all be worth it when you get your BFP.
I agree with PP, you can do all of the injections yourself but support from DH is valuable. I'm sure it'll be hard with him being deployed so maybe ask a good friend or family member to step up and help be supportive as well.

I did all of mine by myself with exception of the IM shots. Those I could not do myself since I can't see back there. But you won't have to worry about that until a trigger shot or post implant.
Thanks to everyone for your insights! I am excited for our next steps and feel good moving forward. This will also put my mother in law's mind at ease.
