Send Up Some Prayers UPDATE

I've been itching horribly all over for the past week. Hubby and I have been beating our brains out trying to figure out what it could be, to no avail. No new skin products, no rash, completely random. Called my Mom today (30 years in the medical field) because my doctor's office is closed. She told me I need to get to the hospital right away and get my blood tested, as it could be Cholestasis of Pregnancy, potentially very dangerous to little nugget.

Right now she's moving a ton so it gives me a little piece of mind, but not enough!

Waiting for hubby to get home now and trying to keep it together. I've never wished for an allergic reaction to something silly, as much as I am right now.

Hopefully we'll have a positive update in the next few days!

Been hooked up to monitors for the better part of the morning, baby is healthy and thriving!! It'll be 4-5 days before I get all my blood work back, but the Doc is pretty sure I have cholestasis. Luckily, he isn't too concerned about it affecting the baby. I'll see my regular Doc. Tuesday to see what she says, but right now it looks like I won't be going past 38 weeks. I was hoping to go all the way, but if I have to be induced for little girl's safety that's the way it is.

Sending T&P your way, definitely good you are going to get tested, but try not to stress yourself out and remind yourself that the Dr's see cases of this every day and if that is what you have they are able to take care of you and baby!
