Seriously?? Who thought of this term?? I put five bucks on it being a man because there is no way anyone who has been pregnant would describe ANYTHING at this stage as being light. I have a baby's head on top of my pelvis for crying out loud! There's definitely plenty of lightning going on aka the lightning crotch I get from being head butted in the cervix. Maybe that's what they meant... lol

Lol or maybe lightening as in giving your lungs more space to operate because they've dropped and aren't all in your ribs?

Ya I was really looking forward to that lol but maybe this baby is just long or I have a little more dropping to do (it can only be a little if any haha) but I'm still feeling crowded in the breathing department. Might have something to do with me being short. Oh well haha only a few more weeks.

@ashannon3490 I am with you! They should call it bowling ball-ing... or something that sounds as painful as it is. Lightening my ass. LO is as low as he gets without making a debut and I still can't breathe. (

I'm with you on the "lightning" term instead...because that is all I feel right now! Not to mention everything is getting super swollen already. I'm worried about how awful everything is gonna be once baby finally does push through!

Good ol lightning crotch lol, those wonderful Sharp jabs and pains I'm the vajayjay, I feel like I have to pre, but nooo, or I half expect her to pop out and wave lol
