Delivery tips

Is there anything that I can do now to help have a easier delivery, I've heard walking helps but any other tips?

  • Kegals to strengthen your pelvic muscles and pelvic rocks (on all fours basically rock your pelvis back and forth) to strengthen your abs. I started these a few weeks ago.

  • EPO and red raspberry leaf tea. Apparently dates as well? Chiropractor to get baby in the best position. Eating well so that baby is the right size for your body.

  • Sitting on an excersice ball and rolling your hips back and forth at night should help you move the head down and engage it.
    Also, getting on all fours and doing the cat stretches a few times.
    I just do all this while watching TV.

    Prenatal yoga for strengthening and breathing. Chiropractor for correct positioning. 
  • Perineum massage so you don't tear. I do it starting at 35 weeks.
