I just want to sleep!!!!

For 3 days now, I've been having constant chest, neck, and upper back pain following what I'm assuming was a stomach virus.
I haven't been able to sleep at all bc of it! I've tried heat, ice, tylenol... My husband even tried to massage my back and it put me in tears.
I'm about to go for my scheduled NST. Praying they'll have some advice bc I've already had 3 tylenol pills since 10 last night.
I just want to sleep. it's been 3 days with just cat naps here and there.

Wth could this be from?? Is it associated with pre-e?

Sounds miserable- definitely ask your doctor. You've tried everything I'd suggest.
