New face here.  I've been active on The Knot for over 9 years, with my H for 12 years and married for nearly 8 years.  And I didn't want to start a new name so, I've been a ftrMrs for wayyyy too long.

Finally after a major life change almost 2 years ago, H and I have settled in with a new place of employment and new career respectively-and we're ready to TTC.

Holy crap, it's weird being here (figuratively speaking)---especially because the journey from "oh we'll see what happens" turns into charting, temping, obsessively checking signs, peeing on objects and grumbling when things don't go as planned; all in a matter of weeks.

So yes, without jumping into other conversations I wanted to give a random intro first.  I've been lurking a fair bit, so hopefully I haven't skipped anything or stepped on anyone's toes just yet. 

Also, Happy 4th of July!  My DH is in law enforcement so rather than spending time watching people blow things up, I'm sitting with my two pups drinking coffee and watching a documentary on Ballet on Netflix.  RIVETING/sarcasm.

    It's funny how making the transition from NTNP to TTC really is extreme. Reading TCOYF can do that to a couple ;) Welcome!
    me 30; DH 35
    TTC since May 2014.
    Aug 2014 BFP, EDD April 22, 2015. Low progesterone, started suppositories. Loss at 5w6d.
    Nov 19, 2015 BFP at 13 dpo, EDD July 29, 2016. MMC discovered 12/29 (9+4). Natural miscarriage 1/16 (12+1).
    AMH results 0.42, 1.2; FSH 12.1, AFC 10, dx DOR. 
    RPL testing results normal. Nurse recommended progesterone suppositories in TWW.
    Clomid + trigger + TI cycle August 2016 - failed. Thin lining.
    Femara + trigger + TI cycle December 2016 - failed. Thin lining.
    Short LP (8 days).
    Acupuncture & Chinese herbs starting January 2017, lengthened LP to 10 days

    Yeah, I bought TCOYF and read it like it was my bible.  And tried to 'splain things to DH, he wanted to hear none of it.  Just talk of CM made him squicky.  It was disappointing but somewhat entertaining.

    Totally with you there... no mention of secretions, mucus or any part of the anatomy is allowed during our TTC process. Welcome welcome!

    Also a Newbie! Welcome :) I way over share with my DH and he usually hates it at first then I catch him making comments about what I've been talking about it and it catches on lol! Good luck TTC :)
