I got diagnosed Monday and have had such anxiety...crying everyday. I normally eat right and exercise. Everytime I take my blood sugar I have anxiety of what it will say

I know I need to do this to keep my baby healthy I'm just having a hard time coping. I feel like I can't go anywhere bc the eating schedule. Any advice?
