Higher dosage?

ive been on diclegis since week 8 and rounding the corner into week 10 my morning sickness is breaking through the minimum dosage. Because of the holiday, my OB is closed fri-mon and today when I tried to call I got their machine for some reason though they were supposed to be open. My question is, if I add a dose of Diclegis, what time should I take it at? Doc gave my permission to up my dosage at any time, but I don't know what time of day you're supposed to add a dose. Anyone been there done that?

The package of the free sample my doc gave me said take one more pill in the morning if you wake up still nauseous and at most one more in the afternoon/evening, so with the 2 before bed that's a total of 4 at most.
