when will my period come back? I exclusively breastfed until 4 months than introduced solids. Now I give 3 meals solids followed by a bit of breastfeeding. Plus a couple breastfeeding snacks. In total around 5 to 6 breast feeds a day. (I don't know if that's important or not I just figured it may be related). So ya, when does my period come back? Or is there no rule for that ?

No rule. But with my first two, it didn't come back until I stopped breastfeeding.

But you can still get pregnant!

I got mine around when my LO turned 6 months and I exclusively breastfeed.  Some breastfeeding moms are lucky and do not get their periods until their breastfeeding journey is over.  Some are not so lucky.

I realize this is an older post, but mine showed up at 7 weeks PP. And I EBF. I was not so lucky  

I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I did start back on BC at 6 weeks PP, so maybe the pill kick-started my cycle again? Who knows...life goes on.
