First Ultrasound appointment

Had my first Ultrasound appointment with me RE today at 7 weeks. I was incredibly nervous because it was at my 7 week ultrasound that I found out I lost my last pregnancy. As soon as she started the ultrasound she turned on the sound to hear the heartbeat. When she said "Do you hear that? That is your baby's heartbeat," I lost it. I cried, she cried, the nurses cried. My husband and I have been TTC for two and a half years. The baby's heartbeat was the greatest sound I've ever heard. I've been staring at the ultrasound pictures all day and just smiling. The hard part is keeping all this to myself. We've decided to wait until I was 12 weeks along before we tell anyone.
