Symptoms craziness

Anyone else feel great one day and then the next feel horrible. I have this every other day morning sickness, no energy, and don't want to get out of bed. I'm lucky my morning sickness is very minimal.

Yep totally. Yesterday I felt terrible, sicky all day, no appetite, had to have a massive nap in the day, but today I'm feeling great! It's just energy fluctuations caused by hormone levels bouncing around, and also affected by what you're eating and how much sleep you're getting. Symptom fluctuation should improve by second trimester hope you feel better soon xx
